It WAS terrific

This app used to be perfect. Easy to input information, easy to read, easy to access. Until yesterday. Its frozen and now I cant access a thing. Unless theres a fix, this app is 100% useless to me. Please please tell me this will be fixed because otherwise Ive lost all my appointment days and times.
